First throwback outfit post of the year! WOO!
Sam and I had heard about this awesome burger place in Footscray called 8Bit so we decided to suss it out. Footscray is on our side of the city so we thought we may as well go and have a late lunch and a lazy afternoon. We got to 8Bit at about 1.30ish and there was a line of about 10 people and it was completely full inside. We waited. Get to the front and they told us it was going to be an hour wait for our order. We weren't supremely hungry yet so we said ok and waited. We played the arcade machine they have inside while we waited. 3pm rolled around pretty quickly and we finally had our burgers. Not gunna lie, these burgers were worth the wait and then some! DAMN! And the fries! Omg I'm salivating thinking about it. They recently opened a new store on Swanston St in the Melbourne CBD, so you should go check them out!
We decided to take our food and eat along the Maribyrnong river and I'm so glad we did. It was such a beautiful time of day. People were rowing in the river, kids were riding bikes, families were going on walks. It was just so lovely. Just before we were ready to get up and go to Highpoint for some afternoon shopping, I made Sam take some outfit photos haha
